Mobvista reports strong H1 2025 growth driven by programmatic ad platform

Mobvista Inc. reported a 47.0% year-over-year (YoY) increase in total revenue, reaching $938.1m for the six months ended June 30, 2025, up from $638.3m in the corresponding period of 2024. Net revenue also saw significant growth, rising 52.5% YoY to $253.9m. Gross profit increased by 53.3% YoY to $201.1m, with the gross profit margin improving to 21.4%.

Operating profit surged by 254.3% YoY to $46.9m, and profit for the period attributable to equity shareholders of the company increased by 340.0% YoY to $32.3m. Adjusted EBITDA grew 41.0% YoY to $88.7m. The Ad-tech business, centered around the Mintegral platform, was the primary driver, contributing $929.3m to revenue, a 47.6% YoY increase. Gaming categories accounted for 73.8% of Mintegral's revenue, growing 51.7% YoY to $661.5m.

The company's strategic focus on AI-driven smart bidding systems and vertical expansion has fueled this growth. R&D expenditures increased by 39.0% YoY to $87.3m, primarily due to model training costs for the smart bidding system. Net cash flow from operating activities was $83.9m.
