COSCO Shipping Development proposes new executive director

COSCO Shipping Development Co., Ltd. has announced a proposal to appoint Mr. Wang Kunhui, 50, as an executive director. Mr. Wang, currently the general manager of the company, has extensive experience, having previously served in various leadership roles within COSCO Container Lines and COSCO SHIPPING Lines.

The proposed appointment, recommended by China COSCO SHIPPING, will be voted on by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, October 10, 2025, in Shanghai. If approved, Mr. Wang's service contract will run until the end of the current Board session, with no remuneration as an executive director.

For the EGM, the Register of H Shareholders will close from Monday, October 6, 2025, to Friday, October 10, 2025. Shareholders on the register by Friday, October 3, 2025, are entitled to attend and vote. The Board recommends voting in favor of the resolution.
