Xtep International details interim scrip dividend election, conversion price set

Xtep International Holdings Limited has updated its announcement regarding the interim dividend for the six months ended June 30, 2025, providing the determination of the price for converting cash dividends per scrip share. The dividend, declared as HK$0.18 per share, offers shareholders a scrip option at a conversion price of HK$6.407 per scrip share.

Shareholders wishing to elect for scrip shares or a mix of cash and scrip shares must submit their election forms by 4:30 PM on October 8, 2025. The ex-dividend date is September 3, 2025, with the book close period running from September 5 to September 9, 2025. The record date for dividend entitlement is September 9, 2025, and the payment date is October 30, 2025.

Fractional entitlements to scrip shares will not be issued but will be refunded in cash. Share certificates for scrip shares will be dispatched on October 30, 2025, with the first day of dealing in scrip shares on October 31, 2025.
