XD Inc. expands share capital through option exercises

On September 18, 2025, XD Inc. reported a series of changes in its issued ordinary shares, stemming from the exercise of share options by eligible participants under a plan adopted on June 25, 2021. The company's total issued shares increased from an opening balance of 494,451,457 to a closing balance of 494,507,922 on the same day.

The adjustments involved nine separate transactions, adding a total of 56,465 new shares. These shares were issued at prices ranging from HK$13.284 to HK$62.6 per share. The largest single increase was 32,161 shares at HK$21.64, representing 0.0065% of the existing issued shares before the event. Other notable issuances included 8,281 shares at HK$37.01 and 6,348 shares at HK$46.9.

Each issuance, while individually small in percentage, collectively contributed to the company's slightly expanded share capital base. All transactions were confirmed to be duly authorized, in compliance with listing rules and regulatory requirements, and all proceeds for the new shares have been received by the issuer.
