IRC completes disposal of Heilongjiang Jianlong Vanadium Industries stake

IRC Limited announced the completion of its transaction involving the disposal of 46% equity interests in Heilongjiang Jianlong Vanadium Industries Co., Ltd, a joint venture company. The company confirmed that all conditions precedent, including government registration and filing procedures in the PRC, have been successfully met.

The consideration for the disposal, approximately 32.2 million yuan, was received by the group on September 17, 2025. Following this completion, IRC Limited no longer holds any interests in the JV company. This transaction was initially referenced in an announcement dated July 28, 2025.

The board of directors for IRC Limited includes Denis Cherednichenko (executive director and chief executive officer), Nikolai Levitskii (chairman and non-executive director), and independent non-executive directors Dmitry Dobryak, Natalia Ozhegina, Alexey Romanenko, and Vitaly Sheremet.
