CITIC Telecom shares halted pending inside information announcement

Trading in the shares of CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited ("the company") on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited was halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 18 September 2025. This suspension, initiated at the company's request, is pending the release of an announcement containing inside information.

As of the announcement date, the company's board of directors comprises executive directors Mr. Luo Xicheng (chairman), Mr. Wu Jun, and Mr. Luan Zhenjun. Non-executive directors include Mr. Zhao Lei, Ms. Wang Hua, and Mr. Yang Feng (with Mr. Liu Kaiyuan as his alternate). The independent non-executive directors are Mr. Zuo Xunsheng, Mr. Lam Yiu Kin, and Mr. Wen Ku.
