Acme International discloses chief executive's updated remuneration

Acme International Holdings Limited has issued a supplemental announcement providing additional details regarding the remuneration of its chief executive, Mr. Poon Pui Kit, as part of its annual reports for 2022, 2023, and 2024. Mr. Poon, appointed chief executive officer on May 27, 2022, received total emoluments of HK$1,810,000 for the year ended December 31, 2022. This included HK$1,339,000 in salaries, other allowances, and benefits in kind, HK$460,000 in discretionary bonuses, and HK$11,000 in defined contribution pension costs.

For the year ended December 31, 2023, Mr. Poon's total remuneration increased to HK$3,058,000. This comprised HK$2,400,000 for salaries, other allowances, and benefits in kind, HK$640,000 in discretionary bonuses, and HK$18,000 in defined contribution pension costs.

Looking ahead to the year ending December 31, 2024, the expected total remuneration for Mr. Poon is HK$3,030,000. This amount is projected to include HK$2,490,000 in salaries, other allowances, and benefits in kind, HK$522,000 in discretionary bonuses, and HK$18,000 in defined contribution pension costs.
