Red Star Macalline announces leadership changes, new company secretary

Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Ltd. announced the resignation of ms. Qiu Zhe from multiple roles, including secretary of the board, joint company secretary, deputy general manager, and authorised representative, effective September 15, 2025, due to personal career planning. Concurrently, ms. Ng Sau Mei resigned as joint company secretary and process agent, also effective September 15, 2025, due to work adjustments. Both confirmed no disagreement with the board or the company regarding their resignations.

In response to these changes, mr. Yang Yingwu, an executive director, deputy general manager, and chief financial officer, will temporarily assume the powers and responsibilities of the board secretary. The company further appointed mr. Li Yupeng, chairman and executive director, as an authorised representative, effective September 15, 2025. Mr. Li will serve alongside mr. Yang in this capacity.

Additionally, ms. Au Ching has been appointed as the sole company secretary and process agent for Red Star Macalline, effective September 15, 2025. Ms. Au, an assistant manager at TMF Hong Kong Limited, brings approximately nine years of experience in company secretarial services to Hong Kong listed companies.
