IVD Medical Holding Limited has proposed a change to its English name to "ETHK Labs Inc." This rebranding reflects a strategic shift towards cutting-edge digital industries and on-chain financial ecosystems, aligning with the company's ambition to be a global driver of digital industry innovation. The proposed change is contingent upon shareholder approval and confirmation by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

The name change supports the Group's new positioning as a provider of key technologies and infrastructure for the "ETHK" on-chain financial ecosystem. ETHK Labs will serve as the core organization, focusing on technology research, development, and ecosystem empowerment, providing robust technical support for the entire "ETHK" on-chain financial ecosystem and its global partners. The company's technology ecosystem platform domain name will also be upgraded from ivd.xyz to labs.ethk.com to unify its brand image.

This rebranding is expected to provide a fresh corporate image and better reflect the Group's expanded strategic direction and future business development, aiming to seize future business opportunities and create sustainable long-term value. The change will not impact shareholder rights or the company's daily operations. Existing share certificates will remain valid.
