CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping announces interim dividend payment

CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited has declared an interim dividend of HKD0.05 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on or before 13 November 2025. To be eligible, shareholders must ensure transfer documents are lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 25 September 2025.

The register of shareholders will be closed from 26 September 2025 (Friday) to 30 September 2025 (Tuesday), with the record date set for 30 September 2025. Shareholders will receive the interim dividend in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), unless they elect to receive it in renminbi (RMB).

Those wishing to receive RMB must complete and return a dividend currency election form by 4:30 p.m. on 22 October 2025. This form is expected to be dispatched around 6 October 2025. Shareholders who do not submit the form will automatically receive their dividend in HKD.
