XD Inc. expands share capital after option exercises

On September 11, 2025, XD Inc. reported an increase in its issued ordinary shares due to the exercise of share options granted under a plan adopted on June 25, 2021. The exercises included 115 shares by a director at HK$9.31, contributing 0.00002% to the existing issued shares. The remaining shares were issued to eligible participants, with the largest single issuance being 6,800 shares at HK$25.86, representing a 0.0014% increase. Other notable issuances to participants were 5,723 shares at HK$37.01, and 3,200 shares at HK$20.29.

The company confirmed that all money due for these share issuances has been received, and all necessary regulatory requirements, including filings with the Registrar of Companies, have been met. All newly issued securities are identical in all respects to existing ordinary shares.
