Nissin Foods expands in China with new Zhuhai production facilities

Nissin Foods Company Limited announced today that its PRC subsidiary successfully acquired the land use rights for two parcels in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, for a total of RMB30.68 million. The acquisition, confirmed on September 10, 2025, will facilitate the construction of new production facilities adjacent to Zhuhai Nissin Packaging Company Limited.

The two land parcels, identified as #2025-04 and #2025-05, collectively span 58,487.08 square meters and are designated for Class II industrial use, specifically instant noodles manufacturing. The land use rights for both parcels are granted for a duration of 50 years. The consideration of RMB21.57 million for Parcel A and RMB9.10 million for Parcel B represents the minimum and final bid prices set by the Zhuhai Natural Resources Bureau.

Nissin Foods plans to invest over RMB240 million in acquiring the land, constructing new buildings, and installing advanced production lines. This expansion aligns with the Group's premiumisation strategy and aims to enhance production capacity, reduce per-unit costs, and accommodate projected increases in sales volume, contributing to long-term operational development and profitability.
