Evergrande Property Services trading halted for takeover announcement

Trading in the shares of Evergrande Property Services Group Limited was halted on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from 9:00 a.m. on September 11, 2025. The suspension was initiated at the company's request.
