Cinda schedules EGM for key 2025-2027 strategic approvals

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. will convene its 2025 first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Beijing, PRC. Shareholders will vote on several key resolutions, including two special resolutions for the 2025 external donation plan and the issuance plan of tier-2 capital bonds.

Additionally, the EGM will address ordinary resolutions concerning the capital expenditure budget for 2025 and the capital management plan for 2025-2027. These resolutions are crucial for the company's financial and operational strategy.

To be eligible to attend and vote, H Share holders must be registered by the close of business on Monday, September 22, 2025. The register of H Shares will be closed from Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025, during which no transfers will be registered. Proxy forms and associated documents must be submitted at least 24 hours before the EGM.
