New Hope Service announces board leadership changes

New Hope Service Holdings Limited has announced the redesignation of two directors, effective September 10, 2025. Mr. Liu Xu, currently an executive director, will transition to a non-executive director role to dedicate more time to other business affairs. Concurrently, Ms. Wu Min, a non-executive director and co-chairman of the board, will be redesignated as an executive director.

As of the announcement date, Ms. Wu Min holds an interest in 26,640,111 ordinary shares of the company through New Charm Development Limited. Both Ms. Wu and Mr. Liu have entered into service contracts with the company following their redesignations, and neither will receive remuneration for serving as a director.

The current board composition includes Ms. Wu Min (co-chairman) and Ms. Chen Jing as executive directors, alongside Ms. Li Wei, Mr. Jiang Mengjun (chairman), Mr. Liu Xu, and Ms. Zhang Wei as non-executive directors. The independent non-executive directors are Mr. Cao Qilin, Mr. Kong Chi Mo, and Mr. Li Zhengguo.
