China Galaxy Securities issues 4 bn yuan short-term commercial paper

China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd. announced the completion of its 2025 twenty-second tranche of short-term commercial paper issuance on September 10, 2025. This issuance follows authorization granted by shareholders and the board, allowing the company to issue debt financing instruments up to 350% of its latest audited net assets.

The issue size of the commercial paper is 4 billion yuan, with a nominal value and issue price of 100 yuan per unit. The commercial paper has a term of 90 days and carries a final coupon rate of 1.62%. Proceeds from this issuance will be allocated to supplement the company's working capital.

As of the announcement date, the executive directors include Wang Sheng (chairman) and Xue Jun (vice chairman and president). Non-executive directors are Yang Tijun, Li Hui, Huang Yan, and Song Weigang, while independent non-executive directors are Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, Liu Li, Ma Zhiming, and Fan Xiaoyun.
