Changhong Jiahua wins appeal, earlier ruling against Suning Procurement final

Changhong Jiahua Holdings Limited announced on September 10, 2025, that it received a Civil Judgment from the Higher People's Court of Jiangsu Province. This judgment dismissed an appeal filed by Suning Procurement Center against an earlier decision by the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province. The original judgment from May 23, 2025, which concerned a dispute over a sales contract between IT Digital Technology and Suning Procurement Center, has now been affirmed.

As a result, the court ordered Suning Procurement Center to bear the case acceptance fee for the second instance, amounting to RMB664,871, and declared the judgment as final. The litigation is currently within its enforcement period, and the company stated that the enforcement results or their material impact on the group's profit for current or subsequent periods are not yet determinable.
