The English name has been updated from "Hengtai Securities Co., Ltd." to "Financial Street Securities Co., Limited." The amended Articles of Association, reflecting these changes, took effect on the same date. Further announcements regarding the change in the stock short name for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected once registration with the Hong Kong Companies Registry is finalized.
