BOC Aviation Limited announced the resignation of Li Ke as a non-executive director and a member of its remuneration and nomination committees, effective September 10, 2025. The resignation is attributed to work arrangements. Ms. Li Ke confirmed she has no disagreement with the board, and there are no outstanding matters regarding her resignation that require shareholder attention. As of the announcement date, BOC Aviation's board of directors includes executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors. Zhang Xiaolu serves as chairman and non-executive director, and Steven Matthew Townend is the executive director. Non-executive directors include Jin Hongju, Jin Yan, Li Ke, Liu Yunfei, and Robert James Martin. The independent non-executive directors are Dai Deming, Fu Shula, Antony Nigel Tyler, and Dr. Yeung Yin Bernard.
