China Galaxy Securities completes yuan commercial paper issuance for working capital

China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd. announced the completion of its 2025 twenty-first tranche of short-term commercial paper on September 8, 2025. This issuance was authorized by shareholders and the board, allowing for debt financing instruments not exceeding 350% of the company's latest audited net assets.

The commercial paper has an issue size of RMB4 bn, with a nominal value and issue price of RMB100 per unit. It carries a term of 86 days and a final coupon rate of 1.60%. The proceeds from this issuance are designated to supplement the working capital of China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd.

The company's executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors were also listed as of the announcement date. The board is led by Wang Sheng, chairman and executive director.
