XD Inc. expands share capital after option exercises

On September 5, 2025, XD Inc. reported an increase in its issued ordinary shares, stemming from the exercise of share options under its June 25, 2021 plan. A total of 13,800 ordinary shares were issued due to these exercises at three different price points: 9,000 shares at HK$9.31 each, 1,600 shares at HK$27.79 each, and 3,200 shares at HK$37.01 each.

The total issued share capital of XD Inc. increased from 493,986,914 ordinary shares to 494,000,714 ordinary shares following these transactions. The company confirmed that all necessary legal and regulatory requirements were met for these share issuances.
