JD Logistics sees strong revenue growth in first half 2025

JD Logistics, Inc. announced a 14.1% year-over-year revenue increase to RMB98.5 bn for the first half of 2025, driven by accelerated growth in integrated supply chain services and other customer segments. Revenue from integrated supply chain customers rose by 19.9% to RMB50.1 bn, with external integrated supply chain customers increasing by 14.7% to RMB17.6 bn and their numbers growing by 14.5% to 73,713. Revenue from other customers, primarily express and freight delivery, grew by 8.7% to RMB48.4 bn.

Non-IFRS profit for the period increased by 7.1% year-over-year to RMB3.3 bn, although the non-IFRS profit margin slightly decreased by 0.2 percentage points to 3.4%. Gross profit for the period reached RMB8.9 bn, a 4.5% increase from the prior year. Total employee benefit expenses, including share-based payments, rose by 17.0% to RMB39.2 bn.

The company continued its global expansion, launching "JoyExpress" in Saudi Arabia and opening new overseas warehouses in 23 countries and regions. As of June 30, 2025, JD Logistics operated over 1,600 warehouses and employed more than 660,000 operational staff.
