XD Inc. expands share capital after option exercises

XD Inc. disclosed an increase in its issued share capital, with the total number of issued shares rising from 493,941,114 to 493,986,914 as of September 4, 2025. This expansion resulted from multiple exercises of share options granted under the company’s share option plan adopted on June 25, 2021.

The transactions involved several tranches of new ordinary shares issued at varying prices. Noteworthy issuances included 18,681 shares at HK$9.31, 2,000 shares at HK$21.64, and 2,600 shares at HK$25.86. Further issues comprised 2,200 shares at HK$27.79, 4,488 shares at HK$37.01, 9,152 shares at HK$46.9, and 6,679 shares at HK$62.6. These changes collectively represent an increase of 45,800 shares.

The company confirmed that all necessary conditions for listing, including the receipt of all funds and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, have been met for these newly issued securities. No shares were redeemed or repurchased for cancellation.
