Vobile Group's issued share capital jumps in August

Vobile Group Limited's monthly return for August 2025 shows its total number of issued shares increased from 2,454,443,656 to 2,497,853,656, a net increase of 43,410,000 ordinary shares. The total authorized/registered share capital remained stable at $800,000, comprising 32,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.000025 each.

This growth was primarily due to the exercise of 2,410,000 Post-IPO Share Options, generating HK$2,121,800. Additionally, HK$155,800,000 of zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2028 were converted into 41,000,000 new ordinary shares. As of the end of August, 165,660,000 share options remain outstanding, with the potential to issue further shares.
