Red Star Macalline non-executive directors resign due to reassignments

Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Ltd. announced on September 4, 2025, that it received resignation letters from Ms. Xu Di and Mr. Song Guangbin, both non-executive directors, on September 3, 2025.
