China Tobacco International expands global cigar distribution for Huanghelou, Taishan

China Tobacco International (HK) Company Limited announced it has entered into exclusive distribution agreements for "Huanghelou" and "Taishan" cigars in the global market. The "Huanghelou" Cigars Exclusive Distribution Agreement was signed with China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Co., Ltd on September 2, 2025, and the "Taishan" Cigars Exclusive Distribution Agreement was signed with China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co., Ltd on September 4, 2025. These agreements are expected to enhance the development of a global sales platform for Chinese cigars and foster their brand presence.

These new agreements extend the company's exclusive distribution scope for "Huanghelou" and "Taishan" cigars from existing duty-free markets in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and the Chinese domestic duty-free market, to encompass the entire global market, excluding Chinese Mainland. This strategic expansion follows a similar agreement for "Great Wall" Cigars with China Tobacco Sichuan Industrial Co., Ltd on July 23, 2025.

The company's board views these agreements as a significant advancement in its global market strategy for Chinese cigars, anticipating broader development space and new revenue streams. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company's securities.
