China Next-Gen Commerce appoints two new executive directors

China Next-Gen Commerce and Supply Chain Limited has appointed Ms. Wang Kelly and Ms. Ding Ziyi as executive directors, effective September 4, 2025. Ms. Wang, 26, is the sole shareholder and director of Ever Realm Capital Limited, which holds 360,000,000 shares, representing approximately 75% of the company's issued share capital. She holds multiple master's degrees and has served as a director at Astrum Apex Investments Limited since October 2024, focusing on investment opportunities.

Ms. Ding, 33, currently serves as a deputy general manager at Astrum Apex Investments Limited, overseeing investment research, regulatory compliance, and risk control. Prior to this, she was a partner at Sundial Law Firm for nine years, specializing in capital markets and corporate compliance. Both Ms. Wang and Ms. Ding have service agreements for a three-year term and will receive an annual director's fee of HK$250,000. They are subject to retirement and re-election in accordance with the company’s articles of association.
