China Industrial Securities International subsidiaries subscribe to money market funds

China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited announced that its subsidiaries, CISI Brokerage and CISI Capital, subscribed for Participating Shares of the CISI Global HKD Money Market Fund and CISI Global USD Money Market Fund. The HKD subscriptions totaled HK$174,250,000, while the USD subscriptions amounted to US$44,880,000. These transactions occurred between January 28, 2025, and September 4, 2025, with a total consideration matching the subscription amounts, exclusive of transaction costs.

The subscriptions are classified as a discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the applicable percentage ratios exceed 5% but are less than 25% on both a stand-alone and aggregated basis with previous subscriptions. The group stated that the subscriptions align with its investment strategy to diversify its portfolio and generate stable returns.

Previous subscriptions by CISI Brokerage and CISI Capital include HKD16,250,000 and US$9,660,000 across multiple dates in early 2025. The fund manager, China Industrial Securities International Asset Management Limited, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the subscriptions were funded from the group's internal resources.
