Beijing Tong Ren Tang announces leadership transition as chairman retires

Mr. Gu Hai Ou will retire as executive director, chairman of the board, and authorised representative of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Company Limited, having reached retirement age. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions to the company's development and sustainability.

Concurrently, Mr. Yan Han, an existing executive director, has been appointed as the new chairman of the board. Mr. Yan, 47, brings extensive experience from various leadership roles within the Tong Ren Tang Group and international organizations. His prior roles include assistant general manager, manager of the publicity office of party committee, and officer of the cultural heritage center.

Additionally, Mr. Yue Zheng, executive director and vice chairman, will assume the role of authorised representative, also effective September 4, 2025.
