BBMG subsidiary rebrands to BBMG Jidong Cement Group

Tangshan Jidong Cement Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of BBMG Corporation, has been approved to change its company name to BBMG Jidong Cement Group Co., Ltd. The entity's securities abbreviation will also change from "Jidong Cement" to "BBMG Jidong." Similarly, the English name will transition to "BBMG JIDONG CEMENT GROUP CO., LTD.," with its English abbreviation becoming "BBMG JIDONG."

The subsidiary has completed all necessary registration procedures, including the filing of its Articles of Association with the Tangshan Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau, and has received a renewed business license. The company name and stock abbreviation changes were reviewed and approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Despite the name change, BBMG Jidong's Shenzhen Stock Exchange stock code will remain unchanged as "000401." The announcement was made by order of the board of BBMG Corporation, with Jiang Yingwu as chairman, on September 4, 2025, in Beijing, PRC.
