XD Inc. expands share capital after option exercises

On September 3, 2025, XD Inc. reported changes to its issued share capital, increasing the total number of issued shares from an opening balance of 493,648,714 to 493,941,114. This reflects the exercise of share options granted under the company's plan adopted on June 25, 2021. Individual transactions involved various eligible participants exercising options at different prices, ranging from HK$ 9.31 to HK$ 62.6 per share.

The largest single issuance involved 50,072 new ordinary shares at HK$ 37.01, representing 0.0101% of the existing issued shares before the event. Other notable issuances included 49,200 shares at HK$ 14.392 and 41,351 shares at HK$ 21.64. The cumulative effect of these exercises added 292,400 new ordinary shares to the company's outstanding capital. All transactions were described as issues of new shares in respect of options granted to participants not classified as directors.
