Li Ning's share capital unchanged in August 2025

Li Ning Company Limited reported no changes in its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended August 31, 2025. The company's total authorised/registered share capital remained at HK$1,000,000,000, with 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HK$0.1 each. The total number of issued shares also held steady at 2,584,811,005.

The report indicated no new shares issued or treasury shares transferred out during the month. Outstanding share options from schemes adopted in May 2014 and June 2024 remained unchanged, with 250,000, 2,840,300, and 11,017,500 options respectively.

Furthermore, there were no movements in convertible securities during August 2025. The principal amounts of convertible securities issued in April 2013 and February 2015 stayed at HK$3,354,428.47 and HK$200.2 respectively, without any new shares being issued from their conversion.
