iDreamSky grants new share options, issues shares

iDreamSky Technology Holdings granted 900,000 share options to two non-director employees on September 3, 2025, under its 2023 New Share Option Scheme. These options have an exercise price of HK$1.152 and will vest over two years, with performance targets for each 12-month period. Following this grant, 4,271,461 shares remain available for future grants under the scheme.
