FIT Hon Teng reports increase in issued share capital from options

FIT Hon Teng Limited submitted its monthly return for August 2025, reporting a total authorized/registered share capital of $300,000,000, comprising 15,360,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.01953125 per share. No changes were reported in the authorized/registered share capital during the month.

The company's issued share capital increased by 7,740,000 shares, bringing the total number of issued shares to 7,302,478,572. This increase primarily resulted from the exercise of share options under a scheme adopted on December 19, 2017. Specifically, 7,740,000 options were exercised, leading to the issuance of new shares, while 80,000 options lapsed.

These option exercises generated total funds of HK$26,486,280 for the company during the month. As of August 31, 2025, 3,040,000 share options remain outstanding under the scheme.
