EuroEyes expands into Switzerland, strengthens UK presence with new acquisitions

On September 2, 2025, EuroEyes Swiss agreed to acquire Swiss assets for CHF12,010,000, comprising seven medical clinics, a surgery theatre, and headquarter assets in key Swiss cities. Simultaneously, EuroEyes UK agreed to purchase UK assets for CHF200,000, encompassing ophthalmological services and related business in the UK. The company guarantees the Swiss consideration. These acquisitions are classified as discloseable transactions under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.

The board believes these acquisitions represent a strategic expansion, diversifying the group's geographic footprint and contributing positively to long-term growth. The Swiss assets generated CHF15,749,313.64 in revenue for the year ended December 31, 2024, and CHF6,463,800.70 for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The UK assets reported CHF199,585.50 in revenue for 2024 and CHF600,378.10 for the first six months of 2025.

Completion of the acquisitions is subject to various conditions precedent, including regulatory approvals and the entry into a shareholders' agreement for EuroEyes Swiss.
