Damai Entertainment reports stable share capital in August

Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited reported no changes in its authorized or issued share capital for the month ended August 31, 2025. The company's authorized share capital remained at 38,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.25, totaling HK$9,500,000,000. The total number of issued shares also held steady at 29,875,864,325 ordinary shares.

Under its 2012 Share Option Scheme, 12,375,000 options remained outstanding as of the end of August 2025, with no new shares issued or transferred out of treasury during the month from this scheme. The 2021 Share Option Scheme, which has 1,891,804,990 shares available for future issuance, also saw no movement. The scheme mandate limit for the 2021 scheme was amended on August 30, 2023, to 2,158,059,212.

Furthermore, the Share Award Scheme (as amended on August 30, 2023) showed 96,412,000 shares which may be issued or transferred out of treasury at the close of the month. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred out under this scheme during August 2025. The total funds raised during the month from the exercise of options remained at HK$0.
