Central China Securities appoints new deputy general manager Hua Xinhui

Central China Securities Co., Ltd. ("the Company") announced today, September 3, 2025, that it has received a notice from the Henan Provincial People's Government formally appointing Mr. Hua Xinhui as the new deputy general manager of the Company.

The appointment will be handled in strict accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant provisions. Central China Securities will proceed with the necessary appointment procedures and fulfill all corresponding disclosure obligations.

The board of directors of Central China Securities Co., Ltd. issued this announcement, signed by chairlady Zhang Qiuyun. As of the announcement date, the Company's directors include Ms. Zhang Qiuyun, Mr. Li Wenqiang, Mr. Feng Ruofan, Mr. Tang Jin, Mr. Tian Shengchun, Mr. Chen Zhiyong, Mr. Tsang Sung, and Mr. He Jun (with the last three denoting independent non-executive directors).
