Yankuang Energy reports stable share capital for August 2025

Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited reported its monthly return on movements in securities for the period ending August 31, 2025. The company confirmed that its registered share capital remained unchanged for both its A shares and H shares.

For A shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the registered share capital stood at 5,961,980,544 yuan, with the same number of issued shares. Similarly, for H shares, the registered share capital and issued shares were maintained at 4,075,500,000 yuan.

The total authorised/registered share capital for Yankuang Energy at the end of August 2025 amounted to 10,037,480,544 yuan.
