Shunfeng International reports stable share capital for August

For the month ended August 31, 2025, Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited reported no changes in its authorized/registered share capital, which remained at 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each, totaling HK$100,000,000. The company also confirmed its issued share capital remained stable at 5,082,375,490 ordinary shares, with no movements in either issued or treasury shares during the reporting period.

The report also detailed convertible bonds that could potentially lead to the issuance of additional shares. As of the end of August 2025, a convertible bond for HK$143,600,000, approved on February 5, 2013, could result in 671,028,037 ordinary shares being issued. However, no new shares were issued from this convertible bond during the month.

Shunfeng International submitted its return on September 1, 2025, confirming all legal and listing requirements have been met regarding its securities movements, and all outstanding conditions for listing fulfilled.
