Sheng Ye Capital reports unchanged share capital for August

Sheng Ye Capital Holdings Limited, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, filed its monthly return on movements in securities for August 2025. The company's authorized share capital remained at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 per share, totaling HK$50,000,000. There were no increases or decreases in authorized shares during the month.

The total number of issued shares also held steady at 1,009,039,792 shares, comprising 1,008,518,792 ordinary shares and 521,000 treasury shares. No new shares were issued, nor were any treasury shares transferred out of treasury during August 2025.

Sheng Ye Capital has two active share option schemes. The scheme adopted on June 19, 2017, had 3,550,000 options outstanding, while the scheme adopted on May 21, 2024, had 579,501 options outstanding. No funds were raised from the exercise of options in August.
