Man Wah Holdings reports stable capital structure in August

As of August 31, 2025, Man Wah Holdings Limited reported an authorized share capital of HK$2,000,000,000, comprising 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.4 each. This figure remained unchanged from the preceding month.

The company's total number of issued shares also held steady at 3,878,083,200 ordinary shares during August 2025. There were no new shares issued or transferred out of treasury shares.
