Golden Solar New Energy Technology Holdings Limited reported no changes to its authorized or issued share capital for the month ended August 31, 2025. The company's authorized share capital remained at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.01 per share, totaling $50,000,000. Similarly, the total number of issued shares held steady at 1,813,269,608.

The report also detailed outstanding share options from four different schemes. As of August 31, 2025, there were 111,000,000 options at an exercise price of HK$0.55, 42,580,000 options at HK$9.62, 110,650,000 options at HK$7.15, and 167,800,000 options at HK$2.07. No new shares were issued from the exercise of these options during the month, resulting in zero funds raised.

The company confirmed that all requirements pertaining to the issue of securities and treasury shares have been met. No movements were reported in warrants or convertibles during the period.
