Dashan Education Holdings reports unchanged share capital for August

As of August 31, 2025, Dashan Education Holdings Limited reported an unchanged authorized/registered share capital of HK$100,000,000, comprising 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each. The total number of issued shares also remained constant at 800,000,000, with no treasury shares held by the company.
