Bosideng International's issued share capital grows after option exercises

Bosideng International Holdings Limited reported an increase of 12,666,000 ordinary shares in its issued share capital for the month ended August 31, 2025, bringing the total number of issued shares to 11,576,850,473. The company’s authorized/registered share capital remained at 20,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.00001 per share, totaling $200,000.

The increase primarily stemmed from the exercise of share options under the 2017 Scheme, raising a total of HK$39,301,840. Specifically, 800,000 options at an exercise price of HK$1.07 and 11,866,000 options at an exercise price of HK$3.24 were exercised. As of month-end, the company had 502,877,999 outstanding share options across its 2017 and 2024 schemes.

The total number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, increased by 12,666,000 during the month, while treasury shares remained at zero. The company confirmed that all conditions for the listing of new securities have been fulfilled and all monies due have been received.
