BlackRock adjusts ENN Energy Holdings stake during privatization

BlackRock, Inc. disclosed dealings in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. shares on September 1, 2025, pursuant to Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. The transactions occurred on August 29, 2025, amidst a privatization by way of a scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock reported a purchase of 1,273 shares and a sale of 2,719,381 shares, all at a price of $62.5000 per share. These transactions were made for the account of discretionary investment clients. As a result, BlackRock's balance in ENN Energy Holdings decreased from 56,056,047 shares (4.9552% of the class) to 53,336,666 shares (4.7148% of the class).

BlackRock, Inc. is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company due to its existing holdings of ordinary shares. The disclosure form also clarified that the figure for the sale largely represents the net movement in collateral, indicating the return of collateral by BlackRock, Inc.
