Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co. Ltd. submitted its monthly return for equity issuer and Hong Kong Depositary Receipts for the period ended August 31, 2025. The report indicates no movement in the company's issued H shares or A shares during the month.

The number of authorized H shares remains at 1,552,507,548 yuan, with an identical number of issued H shares, each with a par value of 1 yuan. Similarly, the authorized A shares stand at 7,096,027,688 yuan, with an equal number of issued A shares, also at a par value of 1 yuan each.

The total authorized share capital of the company as of the end of August 2025 is 8,648,535,236 yuan. The report, submitted by company secretary Yang Duzhi, confirms the stability of the company's share structure during the reporting period, with no changes in either issued or treasury shares.
