Swire Properties shifts to electronic corporate communications

Swire Properties Limited has implemented a new arrangement for the electronic dissemination of corporate communications, effective immediately. As per the Companies Ordinance and the company’s Articles of Association, all future English and Chinese versions of corporate communications will be published on the company’s website (www.swireproperties.com) and HKEX's website (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed copies. The Interim Report 2025 is currently available through these digital platforms.

Non-registered holders wishing to receive email notifications of these publications must contact their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited) to provide their email addresses. Without a functional email address, non-registered holders will not receive email notifications and will need to proactively check the company’s and HKEX's websites for updates.

For non-registered holders who prefer to continue receiving printed copies of future corporate communications, or to change their language preference, a Request Form must be completed, signed, and returned to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the company's share registrars. Such requests will remain valid until revoked or superseded, or until the company publishes its next annual report in the following year.
