Kimou Environmental reports stable share capital for August

Kimou Environmental Holding Limited, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, reported a consistent share capital structure in its monthly return for August 2025. The company's authorized and registered share capital remained at 1,680,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each, totaling HK$168,000,000.

The number of issued shares also held steady at 1,107,750,000 ordinary shares. There were no new shares issued or treasury shares transacted during the month, indicating a period of stability in the company's equity base.

Furthermore, no share options were exercised, and no funds were raised from the exercise of options in August 2025. The total number of shares that may be issued upon the exercise of all existing share options under the scheme adopted on June 18, 2019, remains at 112,000,000 ordinary shares.
