Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. confirmed no changes in its authorized or registered share capital or issued shares for the month ended August 31, 2025. The company’s H-shares maintained 551,940,500 authorized or registered shares with a par value of RMB 1, totaling RMB 551,940,500 in authorized or registered share capital. Similarly, A-shares remained at 2,118,488,825 authorized or registered shares with a par value of RMB 1, amounting to RMB 2,118,488,825. The total authorized or registered share capital for the month stood at RMB 2,670,429,325.

For its H-shares, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) held steady at 540,971,500, with 10,969,000 treasury shares, resulting in a total of 551,940,500 issued shares.
