Everbright Water releases half-year report for medium term notes

China Everbright Water Limited has released its 2025 Half-Year Report, covering January 1 to June 30, 2025. The report complies with disclosure requirements for debt financing instruments in China's inter-bank bond market. It confirms no outstanding major litigation, no changes in credit ratings for the company or its Issued MTNs, and consistent credit enhancement measures. An extract of the unaudited financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, was also included, which was announced on SGXNET on August 12, 2025.

The report references several Medium Term Note issuances, including the 2025 First Tranche MTNs for 1.5 bn yuan, the 2025 Second Tranche MTNs for 1 bn yuan, and the 2025 Third Tranche MTNs for 700 m yuan, issued to institutional investors in January, April, and June 2025, respectively. These issuances, along with 2023 and 2024 tranches, collectively form the "Issued MTNs."

The 2025 Half-Year Report is available on the websites of Beijing Financial Assets Exchange, Shanghai Clearing House, and China Money. The announcement was made by legal counsel and joint company secretary Kwan Yun Fui on August 29, 2025.
